About the Finance Manager Role:
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for assisting and advising on the effective financial management of the business through the timely and efficient analysis of the company accounting performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise the management on all financial matters, financial planning development and investment
• Advise the management on the company's cash flow and its implication for the raising and investing of funds in both the short and the long terms
• Provide the management with a service to evaluate the estimated financial result of the company's plan and the preparation of the company's budgets
• Ensure that the board and management at all levels are provided with sufficient financial and statistical information to measure and control their activities and to ensure that all such information is regularly reviewed so that details of the information reflects the management's requirements in light of changing circumstances
• Continuously review and improve the development of management information and the accounting systems
• Advise on organisation and methods, the use of data processing equipment and to ensure that the data processing practices and procedures are developed and planned towards an integrated system for the company and the group
• Be responsible for the overall credit control policies of the Company and to supervise on the implementation of these policies
• Consult with the Chief Executive Officer on all matters involving borrowing and lending of funds
• Ensure that the organisation of the finance department and the quality and number of its staff are the most appropriate for achieving its objectives

To succeed in this Finance Manager role, you must be a high-energy, responsive, detail-oriented, and experienced leader with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, operational, and people skills.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in business/finance/accounting/investment/economics
• At least five years of work experience, with at least three years in a leadership role
• Strong negotiation skills with a good understanding of current market practices
• Team player with strong interpersonal and project management skills, resourceful, and able to deliver results under tight deadlines
• Written and verbal proficiency in English
• Good presentation and writing skills
