An exciting RTR Manager role has just become available at an MNC based in Kuala Lumpur. Reporting to the Senior RTR Manager, you will be a part of a dynamic team.

About the RTR Manager Role:
In this position, you will supervise and oversee the overall end-to-end RTR and financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overlook the overall monthly end to end R2R processes and ensure timely closing and reporting processes
• Ensure timely delivery of General accounting and reporting, being in charged of fixed assets, account reconciliations, process improvement activities
• Manage the development and performance of the transaction team to achieve efficient processing and effective team working
• Review entries posted by team to ensure accuracy
• Drive development and changes in systems and process improvement initiatives as outlined in the performance scorecard. This includes reviewing updated process documentation
• Take the lead in issue resolution on BAU operational matters

To succeed in the RTR Manager role, you will need to have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements:

• University graduate or possess CPA, ICAEw, CIMA or ACCA qualification
• At least seven years' relevant experience in handling RTR related processes
• High integrity, independent and analytical and communications skills together with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proactive, fast learner, self motivated, multitasking and performance drive
• Proficiency in Excel, Words and PowerPoint and experience in SAP is preferred
