Finance Manager

An exciting Finance Manager job has just become available at one of the PLC property development companies based in Petaling Jaya.

About the Finance Manager Role:
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for full spectrum of financial reporting and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute internal accounting control procedures to comply with government, industry and company regulations
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax consultants with regards to annual statutory reporting and tax submissions and any other relevant parties
• Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as defined in the company's quality system
• Assist in the entry and consolidation of accounts; review day to day financial transactions for Management approval
• Assist in preparing financial reports (including profit and loss statements, monthly closing and accounting reports, periodic management accounting reports)
• Assist in preparing periodic reports which compare projected costs to actual costs and plan

To succeed in this Finance Manager role, you must be a high-energy, responsive, detail-oriented, and experienced leader with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, operational, and people skills.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance/Accounting/Investment/Economics
• At least five years' work experience
• Team player with strong interpersonal and project management skills, resourceful, and able to deliver results under tight deadlines
• Written and verbal proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Good presentation and writing skills
