About the Senior Finance Manager (Public Sector and Government) Role:
Due to future growth plans and directions of the government, the Senior Finance Manager (Public Sector and Government) will play a key role in the company's continued development and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing overall activities encompassing all key finance processes including financial and management reporting, treasury management, procurement and tax management
• Assisting the Director of Finance in the overall financial management and strategies
• Developing and driving financial budget and forecast exercise
• Developing and document standard operating procedures for finance functions
• Overseeing overall procurement process, cash management and managing collection of fees by from external parties
• Maintaining strong communication with the Ministry of Transport and Ministry of Finance

The ideal candidate for this Senior Finance Manager (Public Sector and Government) role should be confident and impartial in ensuring financial compliance, integrity and governance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA / ICAEW / MICPA is an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia and English), including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external parties
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
