What you'll do:

As Chief Financial Officer (REIT) based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be entrusted with building an agile finance function tailored for a fast-evolving property company transitioning into REIT operations. * Source potential investment assets by evaluating opportunities rigorously; lead business case development and deal execution to build a sustainable acquisition pipeline that supports long-term growth.
* Plan and execute equity or debt funding initiatives; manage cash flow proactively while maintaining banking relationships and ensuring adherence to covenants for optimal liquidity management.
