What you'll do:
As General Manager, Property Finance based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be entrusted with overseeing all aspects of financial management for the Property Division within this prominent real estate group. * Implement tax planning strategies tailored to the property sector, monitor transfer pricing policies for internal transactions, and guarantee timely filing of all tax submissions.
* Ensure full compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, accounting standards, and legal requirements specific to property development.
