Chief Financial Officer (Public Listed Co.)

A leading publicly listed company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive team. This strategic role offers the opportunity to shape and lead the organisation’s financial direction, with responsibilities for financial planning, reporting, and capital management.

What you'll do:

• Provide strategic financial leadership, advising the CEO and executive team on long-term business planning and financial risk management
• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance
• Lead corporate finance initiatives including capital structure, funding, and investment strategies
• Manage investor relations, ensuring transparent communication with shareholders and the broader investment community
• Develop and lead a high-performing finance team, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support operational efficiency, cost management, and business transformation initiatives

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in accounting or finance field is essential for understanding complex financial matters within a large organisation.
• At least five years’ experience as CFO in a large organisation
• Experience working in a Malaysian public listed company and Big 4
• Solid experience in the real estate industry and manufacturing industries
• Strong business acumen and capability to manage stakeholders
