Chief Financial Officer

As a Chief Financial Officer, you will be at the heart of the organisation's financial operations. You will be responsible for formulating and executing our financial strategy, leading our financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring precise and timely financial reporting, managing the capital structure, overseeing cash flow management, and playing a key role in investor relations.

What you'll do

• Formulate and execute the company's financial strategy in accordance with its overall business objectives and aspirations.
• Lead the process of financial planning and budgeting, encompassing the creation of annual operating plans and long-term financial projections.
• Ensure precise and timely financial reporting, adhering to regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Supervise the management of the company's capital structure, encompassing activities related to capital raising, debt financing, and equity investments.
• Oversee the management of cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain the company's financial stability.
• Play a pivotal role in interacting with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in the accounting and finance field
• At least 18 years of working experience and 5 years working in the capacity of a CFO in a large organisation
• Experience working in a Malaysian public listed company in a relevant function
• Prior experience in reputable audit firms would be an added advantage
• Good understanding of corporate transformation and investor relations
