What you'll do:
As a Senior Financial Controller, you will be at the helm of our client's financial operations. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing all company accounts and investments, ensuring that every financial decision aligns with the company's strategic goals. You will create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts. Your role also includes managing cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports. As a leader, you will supervise and manage the finance department staff, including accountants and financial assistants. You will motivate your team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback. Additionally, you will suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems.
