Chief Financial Officer (Public Listed Co.)

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the revitalisation of the company. As a key member of the senior management team, this role is essential for setting clear strategies, improving operational efficiency, and driving growth acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of success in increasing revenue and profitability, optimising capital efficiency, and enhancing organisational performance.

What you'll do:

• Lead strategic initiatives to boost revenue, profitability, and capital resources.
• Ensure smooth operational execution to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Formulate deal strategies and secure financing for the company's project portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the finance team to enhance performance, profitability, and efficiency.
• Handle debt and equity financing requirements, ensuring successful completion of all term financing agreements.
• Supervise the execution of transactions and financial closings for various projects.

What you bring:

• Minimum 20 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong fund raising, financial structuring and deal-making experience.
• Relevant experience in engineering, energy or construction industries.
• Expertise in tax equity and project finance structures.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
