What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Head of Operational Finance position will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. A CPA or CMA certification would be preferred. You should bring along 8+ years of experience in finance operations with a strong focus on RTR and PTP processes. Proven leadership experience managing global teams in a dynamic environment is essential for this role. You should possess an in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and compliance standards such as IFRS and GAAP. Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools is required, and experience with system implementations would be a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with a focus on process improvement will set you apart.
