What you'll do:
As a Chief Finance Officer, you will be at the forefront of managing the financial health of our client's organisation. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all financial operations are conducted efficiently while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the company's annual organisational budget and ensure adherence by all departments
- Guide the development and implementation of accounting frameworks for monitoring balance sheet management instruments
- Review and report company financial statements to the Board of Directors and senior management
- Review and update company financial management policies
- Assess and evaluate company existing reserves to identify opportunities for better utilisation
- Ensure all operational fixed income and treasury processes comply with internal and regulatory requirements
- Establish and maintain cash management program
- Define goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team
- Develop talent within the team by providing guidance and coaching
- Oversee the overall annual revenue and budget forecast of the division
What you bring:
As an ideal candidate for this Chief Finance Officer role, you bring a wealth of experience in finance along with professional certification in Chartered Accountancy. With a minimum of 12 years' relevant experience under your belt, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, you have honed your skills in financial acumen, business acumen, stakeholder management, and critical problem solving.
