About the CFO Role:
You will be a part of the leadership team to further accelerate the growth of the business and be part of shaping different potential paths of taking the company public.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cost improvements initiatives to ensure capital-efficient growth as the business scale rapidly
• Ensure the company fulfils all legal, tax and auditing requirements by government bodies, banks and investors
• Ensure best practices for internal controls and financial management
• Provide the management with full transparency on the financial performance of the company including rolling forecasting and scenario planning
• Ensure best practices for internal and external reporting including weekly KPIs, financial statements and management accounts
• Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial controls and supporting information systems of the group

To succeed in this CFO role, you must be an operational leader to be on the ground with your team and business.

Key Requirements:

• Experienced leader with at least 10 years of finance experience with at least three years in a finance role preferably in the food industry
• Qualified accountant with CPA, ACCA, ICAEW or CIMA
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
