Our client is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Account Receivables Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, credit control, and collections. You will be instrumental in coordinating with various teams and customers to secure timely payments on outstanding invoices. Your exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be key in reconciling accounts and addressing any discrepancies promptly. * Opportunity to contribute to month-end and year-end closing tasks * Work closely with a supportive finance team to enhance credit management processes * Engage in preparing financial reports and conducting analysis

What you'll do:

As an Account Receivables Specialist, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the financial health of the organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounts receivable process, from invoicing through to collections. Your ability to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external customers will ensure timely payments on outstanding invoices. Your keen eye for detail will enable you to reconcile accounts swiftly and address any discrepancies that may arise. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to important financial periods such as month-end and year-end closings.

  • Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, credit control, and collections
  • Coordinate with the Sales team and customers to secure timely payments on outstanding invoices
  • Reconcile accounts and address any discrepancies promptly
  • Keep accurate and current records of all accounts receivable activities
  • Contribute to month-end and year-end closing tasks
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and conducting analysis
  • Work closely with the finance team to enhance credit management processes

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Account Receivables Specialist position brings a wealth of experience in accounts receivable, demonstrating a proven track record in managing invoicing, credit control, and collections. Your exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organisational skills will enable you to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial in fostering positive relationships with customers. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is essential. A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field is required.
