What you'll do:

As Chief Investment Officer Real Estate Investment Trust based in Selangor, you will be instrumental in shaping both strategic direction and operational excellence for this newly established REIT. * Drive the end-to-end process of REIT setup including structure formation, regulatory submissions, governance frameworks, and ongoing compliance in accordance with Malaysian laws by working alongside compliance officers, advisors, trustees, and regulators.
* Source potential investment assets through rigorous evaluation; lead business case development and deal execution to build a sustainable acquisition pipeline that supports long-term growth objectives.
