What you'll do:


As Senior Manager, Corporate Planning at A Government-Linked Real Estate and Property Developer in Kuala Lumpur, you will be instrumental in driving the organisation’s strategic agenda. * Coordinate inputs from various subsidiaries and functional teams to ensure alignment and timely submission of comprehensive strategic plans.
* Prepare high-quality strategy papers, briefing notes, and presentation materials for Management and Board deliberations to inform critical decision-making processes.
* Organise and document strategic workshops, planning sessions, and business reviews to foster shared understanding among stakeholders.
* Conduct thorough market, industry, and competitor research to provide actionable insights for long-term planning and investment evaluation.
