What you'll do:
As the Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial future. Your responsibilities will span across corporate finance, investor relations, financial analysis & reporting, and strategic planning. You will develop the company's capital structure and financing strategies while conducting comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions. Your expertise in managing stakeholder relationships will be vital as you act as the primary contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement the company’s capital structure and financing strategies
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and scenario planning to support business decisions
- Manage the financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes
- Oversee mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic financial initiatives
- Act as the main point of contact for investors, analysts, and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships
- Prepare and present accurate and timely information to investors, analysts, and the board
- Organize quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, and analyst briefings
- Create and distribute investor communications, including press releases, presentations, and annual reports
