Our client is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your financial expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for reviewing and developing financial models, generating valuation metrics, analysing financial status and risk, and drafting marketing documents. Your excellent communication skills will be put to good use as you interact with financiers on funding transactions and liaise with external bond holders, debt financiers, and equity analysts.

What you'll do:

As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the company's financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and developing financial models, generating valuation metrics, and analysing the company's financial status and risk. You will also be tasked with drafting marketing documents for financing or sell-side assignments. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you interact with financiers on funding transactions. Additionally, you will draft management papers and presentation slides on transactions, track the company's financial status by comparing actual results with forecasts, identify trends, recommend actions based on sound analysis, prepare annual reports, including write-ups and ESG reporting, and liaise with external bond holders, debt financiers, equity analysts.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Corporate Finance Manager position will have a BS degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. You should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role. A comprehensive understanding of valuation methodologies is essential for this position. You should possess strong communication skills that allow you to interact effectively with various levels of constituents. Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications is required. Experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages is also necessary. You should have outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis is a must.
