About the Corporate Finance Manager Role: In this business critical role, you will be accountable for due diligence, investment, deal execution for acquisition projects.
Prepare financial analysis, financial modelling, valuation, structuring, and strategic valuation of M&A projects
Be involved in investment due diligence, and deal execution
Oversee negotiation and coordination with bankers, investors, and external stakeholders
Be involves in project management, investment memo drafting, and preparation for M&A exercise, new business ventures and special projects
Actively assist on corporate affairs matters
To succeed in this Corporate Finance Manager role, you will need to have strong experience in M&A advisory/audit.
Minimum of seven years of work experience in M&A advisory
Qualified accountants is an added advantage
Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Good proficiency in English
Meticulous and able to handle challenges with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
