About the Treasury Manager Role:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be leading the cash flow and fund-raising activities for the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the process of compiling and assessing the group's cash flow statements
• Providing reports on the financial composition and structure of the entire group
• Monitoring the use of bank resources and drawdowns of facilities
• Directing the oversight and assessment of audited financial statements for the group
• Devising strategic plans and engaging in negotiations with financial institutions to secure group funding
• Thoroughly reviewing and validating facility agreements
• Creating customised financial models and structures tailored to meet the needs of special projects within the group

To excel in this position, you should possess the ability to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, banking, business, or finance
• A minimum of 12 years of total experience
• Preference is given to candidates with a background in banking and a proven track record in managing substantial transactions
• Strong communication skills and a demonstrated commercial mindset are highly valued
