A leading public listed company which has been established for over 25 years is recruiting for a Head of Investments job to expand the capability of the department.
About the Head of Investments Role:
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a team on the overall strategy monitoring and analysis of the company’s investment portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the investment portfolio of the Group based on the required targets and objectives
- Evaluating the structure of new investments, portfolio and fund raising exercises
- Conducting financial and operational due diligence on investments
- Maintaining relationships with investee companies, banking partners and other stakeholders
To succeed in the Head of Investments position, you must possess at least 18 years of related and relevant working experience in the relevant function with regional exposure.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in either Finance, Accounting, Investment Management, Economics, or Business Administration, from a recognised university. CFA/MBA is an added advantage
- Familiarity with and used to working in organisations with strong governance standards, strong in researching, evaluation and due diligence process
- Excellent communication both oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
