Job Title: Account Executive – IPO Coordinator Company: Leading F&B Company Location: Petaling Jaya

About the Role:
A fast-growing and innovative company in the food and beverage (F&B) industry is preparing for its Initial Public Offering (IPO) with a targeted timeline set for next year. The company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Executive – IPO Coordinator to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) throughout the IPO process.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the most sought-after areas of corporate finance, setting the candidate up for long-term career growth. Once the IPO is completed, the successful candidate will transition into the finance team to contribute to ongoing financial operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to the CFO in all aspects of the IPO process.
  • Manage and organize IPO-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, marketing, etc.) and external advisors (investment banks, auditors, legal counsel) to ensure alignment on key deliverables.
  • Track deadlines and milestones related to the IPO timeline and proactively follow up with relevant parties.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials required for investor meetings or regulatory filings.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate clear communication and efficient workflow during the IPO process.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information throughout the IPO preparation phase.
  • Post-IPO: Transition into the finance team to support ongoing financial operations, reporting, and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, project coordination, or a similar role; prior exposure to IPOs or public company processes is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with financial software or tools is an advantage.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
