Regional Financial Controller (Hybrid) This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment. With responsibilities spanning from financial control, forecast & budgeting, to financial reporting and compliance, this role promises a diverse and challenging experience.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Financial Controller, you will play an integral role in shaping the financial future of the company.

• Serve as a proactive financial business partner to relevant stakeholders
• Support the business with designing new business models and exploring new revenue streams
• Responsible for controlling, accounting, financial planning and analyses, Annual Business Plan and financial forecasting
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports including Balance sheet (BS), Income statement (IS) and Cash flow (CF)
• Monitor and analyse accounting data, company expenditure, cash flow, credit review and application, overdue listing and banking facilities
• Provide Financial and advisory support during the tender process and submission and any other quotations

What you bring:

• Qualified Accountant with demonstrated financial and accounting control experience with global multinational companies
• At least 15 years’ relevant working experience
• Structured personality with high integrity
• Highly analytical with forward-thinking approach
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence non-finance colleagues
• Ability to work independently in a flexible environment
