About the Billing and Contract Management Assistant Manager (on-site) Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for billing and contract management task for APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paraphrasing the terms/conditions of contracts into ERP system and enforcing the right workflows within the software environment
• Processing in/out of rent documents
• Performing billing tasks and ensuring price details match the written contract agreements
• Performing periodic indexations, discounts and adjustments
• Archiving of all contracts and changes orders
• Controlling of rental data integrity and consistency
• Providing rental invoicing matters with commercial team and work on improvement
• Supporting implementation and development of contract management system
• Issuing credit notes where applicable
• Keeping the different departments informed on local, regional and group level informed on queries/clarifications/provisions of invoices and contracts

To succeed in the Billing and Contract Management Assistant Manager (on-site) role, you will need to have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements:

• At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Business Administration/Economics/Accounting, or equivalent
• At least five to eight years of work experience in billing, contract administration and management works
• IT system-savvy: have experience with EPR systems, and knowledge of SAP system is a plus point
• Computer-literate with a sound, professional level of MS Office skills
• Good with numbers as well as the written words: accurate with numbers and familiar with contractual language is equally important
• Strong administration and time management skills – with strong attention to detail
• International contacts working environment. Proficiency in English is a must
• Express yourself effectively and to-the-point. Endeavour to get solutions on issues
• Has the can-do mentality and takes initiative
