What you'll do:

• Perform thorough bank reconciliations as well as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany reconciliations to guarantee accuracy across all transactions.
• Review supplier invoices, staff claims, payments, and ensure proper authorisation procedures are followed in line with company policies.
• Monitor customer billing cycles, manage credit control processes effectively, and follow up diligently on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Administer vendor and customer master data with precision to support smooth operational workflows within the finance department.
• Assist in corporate tax computations, SST submissions, liaise with tax agents as required, and ensure all statutory requirements are fulfilled promptly.
• Support annual audit activities by preparing schedules, addressing queries efficiently, and ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available.

• Communicate fluently in Mandarin (spoken, read and written) enabling effective collaboration with regional stakeholders and vendors.
