PTP Manager (SSC) Our client is looking for a PTP Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the P2P team and manage all aspects of the Accounts Payable functions, ensuring timely invoice processing and vendor payments. The successful candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in stakeholder management.

What you'll do:

As a PTP Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the PTP team and managing all aspects of the Accounts Payable functions.

  • Serve as the first point of escalation for P2P team members, vendors, procurement, and plant team queries.
  • Prioritise workloads of the PTP team to ensure critical tasks are completed on time.
  • Oversee the AP generic mailbox, assigning tasks to P2P team members as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and organised PTP files and records.
  • Provide backup support for PTP team members during their absence.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and understand the risks of non-compliance.
  • Participate in risk management activities as needed.
  • Handle additional ad-hoc AP tasks, such as system testing and escalation of RPA-Supplier Invoice Processing issues.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the PTP Manager should have strong team management and leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in stakeholder management.

  • Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Exceptional time management, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Sound knowledge across SAP with advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and payment full function.
  • Basic understanding of general accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
