Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive for their Accounts Payable department. This role will involve handling the full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions, including inter-company transactions, accrual accounting, invoice posting, monthly closings, preparation of journals, audit schedules and bank reconciliations. You'll also be responsible for processing supplier invoices & expense claims, petty cash disbursement and administering internet banking activities. This includes processing local and overseas payments. Your excellent analytical skills will be put to use in periodic reporting, analysis, planning and budgeting of OPEX.

What you'll do:
As a Senior Executive in Accounts Payable, your role will be multifaceted. You'll manage a range of responsibilities from overseeing inter-company transactions to preparing audit schedules. Your expertise in managing supplier invoices & expense claims will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations. Additionally, you'll play a key role in administering internet banking activities and conducting periodic reporting. Your ability to plan and budget OPEX effectively will contribute significantly to the financial health of the organisation.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Executive - Account Payables position brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. With a degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification such as ACCA, you have spent 5-7 years honing your skills in the Trading, Retail or FMCG industry. Your familiarity with the SAP accounting system sets you apart from others. Moreover, your proficiency in MS-Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint enables you to present data effectively.
