About the Account Payable Manager Role: In this role, you will be overseeing invoicing and payment matters.
Ensure all vendor trading term agreements are renewed on a yearly basis
Ensure all the invoices and payment are made via ledger
Ensure staff adhere to payment cut-off policy
Review and upload trade and non-trade payments
Provide estimates of payment to the Finance Operations Manager for month-end payment forecast
Ensure valid vendors are registered in the system, verify supplier application form and create the vendor code
Ensure all reconciliation completed by deadline
To succeed in the Account Payable Manager role, you need to have experience in financial and management reporting.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is an advantage
Seven or more years of financial management experience in audit, FMCG and retail industries is an added advantage
