Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and overseeing a few executives, this role is ideal for an accounting professional ready to take their career to the next level as an Accounts Payable Section Head.

About the AP Section Head Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the Trade Accounts Payable (AP) function and for timely review of invoices and payment, ensuring the processing of AP in accordance with the standard operation procedures and SOX compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review all suppliers’ invoices on a timely basis
• Resolve unmatched invoices, credit note, debit note from suppliers
• Handle AP functions and dealing with local and foreign suppliers
• Prepare cash flow forecast on bi-weekly basis
• Review monthly suppliers’ reconciliation of statement
• Assist in SOX and external audit requirements to ensure compliance

To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and any other relevant degree.

Key Requirements:

• At least four to six years of work experience
• Able to handle AP and financial accounting
• Oracle experience
