Accounts Executive

An Accounts Executive job has become available at an established automotive MNC.

About the Accounts Executive Role:
In this job, you will assist the HOD in providing support to the accounts payable section.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist to prepare composite reports for manufacturers
• Post all supplier invoices for ME and MI
• Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statement against system and feedback accordingly if there are any discrepancies found
• Ensure VSB records are properly maintain for car stock movement
• Check and verify monthly sales commission are accurate and all documents are completed before submit to Assistant Finance Manager/Finance Manager for review
• Assist Assistant Finance Manager/Finance Manager to compile information for tax agents for company’s tax computation
• Prepare banking facilities application form for ME and MI

To succeed in the Accounts Executive role, you must possess at least three years’ experience of Accounting experience

Key Requirements:

• Professional degree in accounting or equivalent accountancy qualifications
• Knowledge of Autoline system is an advantage
• Able to communicate well with people at all levels
• An independent, highly motivated and versatile team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
