DIGITAL MARKETING
(Digital Lead for Mobile Division)
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Report to: Head of Corporate Marketing
Job Summary:
- Responsible for all marketing of the company's digital presence
- Develop online marketing strategies for leads generation:
- Current market trend
- Seize new online opportunities
- Online/interactive analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential online opportunities
- Develops best online media mix
- Define online goals and objectives
- Provides online weekly/monthly competitive review
- Provides Adex (data source from Starcom)
- Collaborative work between Marcom, Adcomm & interactive partner
- Budget and timeline control
- Maintain and improve our current running programs and reporting tools and create new campaigns and reports as needed using the marketing automation tool
- Liaise with HQ/RHQ/GMO for online development plan
- Content sourcing and management for samsung.com
- Manage and coordinate content for monthly e-newsletter
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns
Key Requirements
- A University degree in Marketing or Communications
- With 3-5 years of working experience in the field of Digital marketing, public relation or social media would be a plus
- A hyperactive extrovert who draw energy from interacting in the social media space.
- Knowledgeable and up-to-date of the latest technologies buzzing around in the digital world
- Responsible and matured in thinking, has ability to respond to postings in a timely and “sensible manner”
- Eager towards learning and exploring new ideas or concepts to garner a paradigm shift of how marketing campaigns are being executed
- A creative and innovative team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide others when necessary
Basic technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Passionate, decisive and possesses good analytical and high adaptability skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
