MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Report to: Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing
Job Purpose:
• Responsible for integrated communication management through the development and implementation of all communication plans and activities
• To drive brand affinity
Job Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
• Reviews project strategies, campaign conceptual directions to marketing objectives and goals are met
• Oversees and guides project members’ performance to meet:
- Quality and performance standards
- Budget and deadline control
• Leads in the negotiation of campaign details and contract terms with working partners
• Reviews and ensures successful completion of Project by:
- Reviews staffing and cost allocation/management of projects
- Monitors accounts receivables and credit worthiness of working partners
• Endorses collaborative work between Media, Creative and Planning Services to achieve high results
PR & SNS
• To work closely with PR and Online department to seize opportunities for maximum exposure.
Key Requirements:
• A University degree in Marketing or Communications.
• With min 5 years of working experience in the similar field
• A hyperactive extrovert who draw energy from interacting in the social media space.
• Responsible and matured in thinking, has ability to respond to postings in a timely and “sensible manner”.
• Eager towards learning and exploring new ideas or concepts to garner a paradigm shift of how marketing campaigns are being executed.
• A creative and innovative team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide others when necessary.
• Passionate, decisive and possesses good analytical and high adaptability skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
