TRADE MARKETING MANAGER
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Key Purpose:
- To ensure further growth and better manage of Retails Ops, Retail Mgmt and Training.
Details:
- Strengthen and manage the company’s retail execution in increasing brand presence and improve sell out.
- Manage partners in providing quality field force
- Provide quality field force to execute retail programs such as the company’s digital centres opening, road shows, retail outlets opening, retail outlets promotion campaigns, new product launches
- Manage retail mapping to improve retail execution
- Manage budget and salary scheme of retail field force
- Manage field force assets: real sets, POP, mock up units, display stands and premiums
- Manage collection of retail data in providing information to better manage sell out and alert to form programs to retaliate against competitor's activations.
- Check and verify claims and expenses from partners
- Monitor and track consultant monthly sell-out target progress
- Provide guidance in training improvement programs
