Head of Business Finance - Consumer Banking
Position: Head, Business Finance (Consumer Banking)
This top tier bank offers its clients access to local markets through its consumer, commercial, corporate and investment banking. The group has experienced rapid growth in recent years and is continuously enhancing its finance processes. This exciting opportunity now exists within the finance team.
Responsibilities:
• manage a team of analyst in delivering financial analysis and simulations
• work closely with relevant heads of business to achieve banking strategies and objectives
• review business performance report with variance analysis
• identify future opportunities and risks and provide strategies to sustain growth
• review and define key drivers of business and perform sales gap and P&L analysis
• understand the business and market directions to forecast and budget going forward positions
• participate in all current transformation projects in financial accounting and business aspects
Requirements:
• minimum 7 to 10 years working experience in financial institution
• degree in accounting or finance and ideally a professional accounting qualification
• sound knowledge of consumer banking products
• excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• this position open only to Malaysian passport holder or permanent resident
