Finance Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly group management and financial report / cash flow planning
• To ensure accuracy, completeness and submission time line is met
• Prepare management and financial report for internal and external reporting requirements
• Carry out performance analysis and reporting
• Prepare annual group budget for budget controls and compliance
• Coordinate and ensure smooth implementation of the company’s accounting policies, procedures and control
• Ensure data integrity, timeliness and quality of the financial reporting
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, legal officers and other statutory bodies / authorities
• Perform cost analysis for the company
• Manage and supervise accounting team in the day-to-day operation of the department
Key Requirements:
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, professional qualification such as ACCA / CIMA / CPA or equivalent
• Member of MIA is preferred
• At least three years managerial working experience in management accounting for manufacturing, trading, import / export, retail or relevant industry
• Possess good knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Self-starter with a high level of diligence and ability to work on own initiative
• Possess good leadership quality and able to lead a team
• Strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline
• Meticulous with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently in a challenging environment
• Strong team player, self-motivated with pro-active attitude
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels
