Position: Custody Client Service Manager
This is the top tier foreign bank with multiple businesses to offer an array of service and products to their individual and institutional clients. Consequent to the continuing success in the region and an increase in business volumes, the bank is keen to find a high calibre customer services professional to join their team.
Responsibilities:
work closely with the business to enhance existing client relationships by acting as their single point of contact on daily transactional issues and enquires
proactively review clients accounts to ensure that their needs have been achieved
provide timely and accurate information to clients queries and escalate issues out of scope of service level to business/ project team
indentify any gaps and provide recommendations to improve service processes
liaise and act as coordinator between clients and internal counterparts to facilitate smooth working processes to strengthen service levels
Requirements:
minimum 5 to 7 years working experience in the relevant area of client servicing function
familiar in Global/ Local custody or fund management
working knowledge in securities products
excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
team leadership skills and ability to front business and senior management
this position open only to Malaysian passport holder or permanent resident
